我得承認，對于一個英語聽說能力不強的人，如果照做的話一開始的過程會非常的痛苦。很有可能的結(jié)果是一部電影下來什么也沒有聽明白。但是，請相信我，如果能夠堅持這樣做的話，那么在10部電影之后，就會聽懂相當多的對白，并且能夠復(fù)述聽懂的對白中的`一半。每一個人都有接受語言的本能，這個辦法帶有一點點強制性，但可以把我們的語言潛能發(fā)掘出來。在一開始的時候，建議挑選一些曾經(jīng)看過的影碟，這樣會幫助你對英語原聲的理解。另外，一定要保證每天，最多不超過兩天就要看一盤碟片。另外，如果條件允許，那么最好自己在一個房間里面以避免干擾。這個方法可以有效鍛煉英語聽說的基本功。
