學習目標:
1.Theres a Chinatown in New York! There are lots of Chinese shops and restaurants there.
2.用There be句型描述事物
3.給朋友發(fā)一封email,介紹一個自己游覽過的城市。
教學過程:
一、熱身復習
出示長江黃長城的圖片,問:”How long is it?引導學生用Its…回答。復習詞匯trees,flowers,shops,supermarkets,buildings等
二、任務(wù)呈現(xiàn)與課文導入
show a picture and say:”This is a picture of my favourite place. What can you see in it?介紹說:”This is a picture of the Great Wall. There s a long wall . there re many trees…” 再出示一張?zhí)迫私值膱D片,問:Do you know where it is ? What can you see in this picture?
三、課文教學
聽錄音,回答Daming是否想念中國,為什么? Where is Chinatown? What is it like?
學生聽錄音,從書中找出問題的答案,學生回答后教師板書:
There is a Chinatown in New York. There are lots of Chinese shops and restaurants there. There is Chinese dancing.
老師放錄音,學生跟讀課文。請學生書中的圖片,描述圖中有什么并用There is和There are說句子。
全班一起完成AB練習
1.先讓學生討論如何完成這封Email,然后帶領(lǐng)全班朗讀例句和提示詞,再播放錄音。 全班完成 AB 練習
2.請大家看書上的第一幅圖,并朗讀例句?磮D2-8,使用”there is /There are句式說出圖中有什么。請學生回答后寫出來。
四、任務(wù)完成
老師請學生們一起描述教室里的物品,如:There s a blackboard, There are many chairs/ow,desk,pen,pencil,bag,girl,boy等。
五、課后作業(yè)
給自己的朋友發(fā)一封email,介紹自己游覽過的城市。
